Due to Covid-19 we are currently running an amended training schedule

 

Tuesday

Technical session at 7.15pm

Session is capped at 24 runners, with spaces on offer on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
Please sign-up using this link provided in the weekly email bulletin.
If you turn up without signing up, you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JOIN IN with the session

Various 10 km routes at 7pm- Details confirmed in weekly bulletin

Strength and conditioning Class - Sign up via the Facebook post. Session starts at 7pm under the trees at Rosehill Park East.

Pyramid session

Relays

200m in teams of 2 or more

 

Interval training

2 mins fast running
10-12 reps
30 sec slow running
