Long Hills

25 mins continuous

Run uphill, jog back down to the start


1km Reps

1km x 5

3 mins recovery


400m Reps

400m x 10

60 secs recovery


Short hills

25 mins continuous.

Hard up hill, walk/jog back to start


Pyramid session

200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 600m, 400m, 200m reps

Recovery 30 secs after 200m,  
60 secs after 400m & 600m,  
90 secs after 800m 


200m in teams of 2 or more


Interval training

2 mins fast running
10-12 reps
30 sec slow running
